Stayed over Christmas, and it was great. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, plus a really good breakfast. The hotel had key location features that made it convenient to travel around town. Our stay was made even better by the friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel was crowded during the holidays, and there were a lot of noisy guests. Unfortunately, the pool/hot tub were closed for maintenance. It would have been nice if the hotel had let us know about this ahead of time. Additionally, some of the staff members were not very friendly.

The staff was very attentive to customers, offering suggestions for dining and activities in the area. I enjoyed watching the fireworks from my room, which had easy access to restaurants and entertainment.
The coffee maker in my room didn't work, which was frustrating considering the price per night. The check-out clerk was unsympathetic when I expressed my frustration, making it seem like it was my lack of knowledge on how to use it.

Great service, awesome breakfast, perfect location! The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find fresh fruits in the lobby and a great breakfast with plenty of options, including made-to-order omelets and fresh fruits. The location was just what we were looking for since it was easy to get around and explore. We also loved the comfortable hot tub and spa!
The parking lot lights shined right into our room throughout the night since there were no room-darkening drapes. Though heavier curtains were present on the sides, they wouldn't completely close, which led to some discomforts. Perhaps they could also add a pull-down roller shade to block out the lights entirely. While we had a fantastic time overall, the breakfast fee was overpriced, with no option for a light breakfast. Also, the channel selection was minimal, making it somewhat frustrating.

This hotel is a great option for those who want to be near a sports complex. The lobby is clean and inviting, and the staff is very personable. The breakfast included fresh fruit and delicious made-to-order eggs. The room was clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and a good shower. Guests can enjoy leisure facilities like a fitness center or pool, or take advantage of the convenient location for early morning outings.
The parking at this hotel could be better.

A 5-minute walk will take you to fresh indian grill, where you can eat. Good base for discovering Carmel. Excellent for visiting Saint Christophers Church.
All good.

The room was really clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept on at a hotel.
The pool. I have never stayed in a hotel where the pool was this small, I wouldn't even call it a pool.

Lobby had a roaring fire going--great on a cold night. Warm cookie bars were available in the lobby. Bartender/cook friendly and helpful. Front desk personel attentive.
Unfortunately, there's a lot of road construction going on now in this area. Getting from "here" to "there" proved a challenge. Should be much better after the road is finished.

The hotel was wonderful to begin with. The bed was comfortable. When I woke up in the morning and went to go grab breakfast, I found I had a flat tire. The front staff was very compassionate and not only suggested a tire store, but extended my check out time so I wouldn't have to worry about waiting in the lobby for the tow truck to arrive. I will stay there again.
The breakfast at the hotel was $11. There was no option for a light breakfast (yogurt, fruit were available) without paying for the whole breakfast. Also, the channel selection was limited and the guide was annoying.

The lobby and staff were so welcoming! The refreshments, decor and staff all made us feel right at home while we waited for our check-in time.
Breakfast in lobby was a little confusing, but we managed to all get what we wanted. I suggest either a free breakfast and/ or menu. The hostess was very gracious and helpful.

The beds were very comfortable and the price was decent
The front desk staff was not well trained and couldn't answer basic questions about the area. The hallways needed vacuumed, lint and debris on the carpets. The floor in the room entry & bathroom were sticky. We went to Walmart and purchased a Swiffer mop and disinfecting wipes to clean the room before use. The closet doors were broken. It is about a 25 minute drive to Indianapolis and there is no public transportation. The main highway right beside the hotel is being totally rebuilt so there is lots of dust, dirt, and noise.
